The following are recommended guidelines for the photo of the person to be the star of "My Christmas Adventure":
- The face is at least the size of a quarter.
- The face is well-focused.
- The face is not obstructed by any object.
- No hats or bows.
- No Polaroid, black and white or sepia photographs.
Can more than one person be featured in "My Christmas Adventure"?
"My Christmas Adventure" photo personalized DVD has been developed and designed to be personalized for only one star.
Will the star's first and last name be featured in "My Christmas Adventure"?
Only the star's first name will be featured in the DVD you have ordered, it will appear on the screen in the movie introduction.
What will the star be wearing in the video?
The star will be wearing a gender-neutral elf costume.
For what ages is "My Christmas Adventure" most appropriate?
"My Christmas Adventure" is recommended for children 4 and up.
Can I order "My Christmas Adventure" for an adult?
Yes! Children, adults, and even pets would love to save Christmas! We will accept orders for ages 4 to 400, either human photos or pet photos!
Can greetings be placed in the beginning of "My Christmas Adventure"?
We do not put greetings at the beginning of the DVD.
How will the star's name be used to personalize the products?
We use the latest technology to record an image of the star's face and insert it onto the cartoon body. The child's name appears on the screen in the movie introduction.
Does "My Christmas Adventure" come in languages other than English?
No, "My Christmas Adventure" is only available in English at this time.
